bioNAT is a viral nucleic acid buffer for extraction, isolation, storage and transportation of viral pathogens such as SARS-COV-2 and all RNA viruses.
bioNAT, when the samples in the bioNAT viral nucleic acid buffer are used in pCR/qPCR applications, the detection limit for certain viruses depends on the individual procedures. It is highly recommended using internal standards as well as positive and negative controls to monitor the extraction, amplification, and detection processes.
