At our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, we have invested in equipment and facilities to meet the exacting quality standards and customer service demanded by today's microbiologists. Both bottled media and precast plates are produced under precisely controlled conditions in cleanroom environments to ensure optimum performance, quality and maximum shelf life for all of our culture media products.

Factors such as exposure to heat that affect the stability of the medium during production are strictly controlled. All pre-poured petri dishes are poured and dried in an airflow with carefully controlled humidity to ensure the media is dry and sterile. Pre-poured media are stored under carefully controlled conditions prior to shipment, ensuring that our products are of the highest possible quality when they reach the customer.

* Our facility is ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 13485:2016 certified. It provides consistent high quality products through continuous improvement of processes and services in line with customer requirements.

* All production takes place in a clean room environment.

* Our media production facility has clean rooms approved with ISO 14644-1 (Class 7), EU GMP (Grade C) and all of the media production is carried out on fully automatic production lines.

* GMP and GLP techniques used in all production and laboratory areas are subjected to a rigorous Quality Control review with analysis certificates submitted online. In addition, Quality Control tests of our Clinical microbiology products are based on ISO 11133.

* All clinical products are IVD and CE marked and industrial products comply with harmonized (USP/EP/JP) Pharmacopeia standards.

INNOMED produces prepared culture media in a wide variety of formulations in its controlled and approved production facilities equipped with the most modern automatic equipment. Following a properly controlled and documented formulation protocol, sterilization, filling, inkjet and packaging processes are carried out.

Production batches range from 1 to 100 liters and are filled into petri dishes, bottles, tubes, or bags in different sizes, volumes, solid or liquid, depending on customer requirements. Filling, inkjet inkjetting and final packaging are carried out in an environmentally controlled clean room defined class C area approved by ISO 14644-1 (Class 7).

Cleanroom filling

INNOMED has ISO Class 6 (GMP C Class) clean room for aseptic filling of culture media into petri dishes, tubes and bottles. Environmentally controlled for temperature, humidity and air pressure in spaces. There is an automatic petri filling line with petri filling capacity of all sizes in the clean room. There is a fully automatic packaging machine fully integrated into the automatic petri dish filling line.
